We want you to be happy with your purchase from Cottage Designs Boutique but if you do need to return your purchase, please do so within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Unfortunately, we can not offer an exchange on the item you wish to return due to our fast stock turn over.

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as items that are marked with make-up, false tan or lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund.

How to return your item

Please return your unworn item in its original packaging complete with tags to;

Please add a note with the item, detailing your name, contact details and reason for return.

We do not offer free or prepaid returns and would recommend that you obtain a tracking number for the parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost will not be eligible for a refund and would advise that you keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund had been processed and reached your account. All refunds will be made via the same payment method as purchase.

Faulty Item

Extra care is taken with all our stock to ensure that they are perfect for you. If you do happen to find a fault please contact us as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to rectify.
